This structure was EXACTLY what we needed! Rain does not come through and the louvered top give us sun when WE want it. It is airy and quite beautiful! Solid structure and we are VERY happy with it!

I give the rating of 8 because the delivery contained 7 very well identified boxes, but unfortunately at the first delivery attempt they did not leave the boxes due to the lack of a box. At the second attempt after having settled with a person from Wayfair they still did not deliver because there was no box in the truck (the delivery people noticed this in front of the house) 3rd attempt: I received my 6 boxes out of 7, the pergola seems very beautiful but I have to wait for the delivery of the 7 to be able to put it up. Despite all this a lady from the delivery company was very helpful and courteous. At Wayfair the people accompanied me very well and compensated me and they did a very good follow-up. The adventure is not over but I am hopeful that everything will be resolved soon.

The product arrived on time. The Wayfair Contractor Installers did a great job. Plenty of shade, very modern, and friend and family likes it as well. Next is to add eclectic privacy bug screen for movie nights. The price is fair and has been wind tested. ADVICE – add more concrete Tapcon screws for all support concrete brackets.

This pergola is very substantial and well made. The engineering of it is pretty cool too. My wife and I assembled it in about 3 hours. Delivery was A1 with no damage to the 4 big heavy boxes it ships in. Be sure to have a complete set of allen/hex wrenches, as a handful of bolts were a different head. They really could not make this any easier to build.

I made the right decision purchasing this Louvered Pergola. It was sturdy, made of good quality, and looked beautiful. I am not very handy so had to hire a handyman to install this. Handyman and his partner installed it in less than 4 hours.

Arrived ahead of schedule. Took 2 people (although a third set of hands would have been helpful) and about 8 hours to complete. The look is modern and the louvres work well to keep both the sun and rain out. We were going to go with a custom wood pergola but happy we decided to go with this maintenance-free aluminum pergola instead. Would recommend!

Bought this pergola as it fits our deck dimensions perfectly without obstructing entrances. The item came in one shipment which was nice as I didnÕt have to wait to start assembling of one box didnÕt come later. The packaging was great as nothing was dented and clearly labeled. So far pretty solid. Wish they had options for shades that were custom and one more handle to twist the louvers together as it only came with one.

The pergola is beautiful and works very well to keep the rain off with the louvers closed. Goes together with two people in a couple of hours. A solution for shades or curtains would be a good way to improve on the design.

The louvers are very smooth to operate and provides great shade and rain cover for all the outdoor furniture. Just wish there is an option to purchase bug screen and post extension kit because of slope for drainage. Purpleleaf has exceptional customer service.

I really like this pergola. Looks great and love the fact that louvers open and close. Had someone from Angi put together. Took about 3 hours for 2 guys to put together. Hardest part was scheduling with Angi.

The pergola was delivered this week and will not be assembled until next summer. Upon checking the contents of the boxes, I was able to see the high quality of the materials. The beams are heavy and very solid. The color (charcoal gray) and finish (matte) are perfect. Everything is well thought out, and the assembly guide is clear. The delivery service was perfect. I am very satisfied with my shopping experience at Wayfair.

We got the 10×23 pergola and absolutely love it!! It came in 8 boxes, showed up on the day they said it would and the time frame quoted. We hired a guy to help us assemble it. It took my husband and him about 5 hours to put it all together. The instructions were pretty easy, some of the pictures were a little confusing but manageable to figure out. It feels really sturdy and looks beautiful on our deck. I canÕt wait for spring or a nice warm day to use it!!

Easy to assemble. Took us 5 hours to get it done. Instructions are clear and its of great use.. Please follow the instructions and take it step by step and you should be able to easily assemble it. if you are struggling to install it, you are doing it wrong
